For example when a site explain about technology we could not use template related to nature or something. The design should be in match with the theme of the website in terms of content. 2015 and coming years is said to be more content focused.

Icons are communicates more than words or heavy images. It makes websites simple and attractive. It easily grab the attention of the users. At the same time use of icons which is below standard can create negative impression in the users as it affect the user-friendliness of the website.
